​Payment 

Payment for classes and sessions should be made in advance, prior to commencing via online payment, direct bank transfer or credit/debit card. Payment should be made at the time of booking. ​

Refunds

A session or event may be cancelled provided you inform Flying Colours Education Ltd. in writing within 7 days of commencing. Please note there may be an administration charge of up to one class for any changes made. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

​Holidays and sickness policy

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays due to the need to ensure continuity of service.  

Supervision and withdrawal of service

All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended during classes where parents and children attend; the group leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time. Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that the Group Leader feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client. For sessions for children only, children are the responsibility of carers and parents prior to and on dismissal from from Flying Colour's sessions. Flying Colours Education Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the service for any reason at any time.

Cancellation of Classes policy

Flying Colours Education Ltd. will always hope to run sessions during bad weather e.g. snowy conditions. However should we need to cancel due to safety concerns, parents will be notified/contacted (please check our Facebook and Instagram page and make sure your phone number is kept up to date on our register). An additional class will be offered if we have to cancel a class or refund against a future term's fees. Regrettably we cannot automatically offer cash refunds.​

Illness

Parents are asked to keep their child/children at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted. Please keep your child at home if he/she has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as: Impetigo, Scarlett fever, Hand, foot and mouth disease, Norovirus, Measles, Chicken pox, German measles, Whooping cough, COVID. We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. Flying Colours Education Ltd will attempt to reschedule missed lessons when possible within a 2 week period, but cannot guarantee availability. This is at the discretion of the company and teacher availability.

Protection of property

Please note that property left unattended during sessions is the responsibility of each individual. Flying Colours Education Ltd. cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.
