Refund policy

A tutoring session may be cancelled and fully refunded provided you inform Flying Colours Education Ltd. in writing within 14 days of commencing. Please note there may be an administration charge of up to one class for any changes made. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Art party deposits are non-refundable. However, art parties  may be cancelled provided you inform Flying Colours Education Ltd. in writing within 14 days of commencing with a partial refund at the discretion of Flying Colours Education Ltd.  

After School Art Club bookings are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made prior to the start of term, a credit may be issued at the discretion of Flying Colours Education Ltd.
